I bought this poorly made game named FIFA 19. As a big fan of football game, every year I invest it this half product between 1.500 - 3.000 eur in microtransactions. This year I invested more than 1.500 eur, I have the evidence of all purchases. 10 days ago, without any e-mail notice, I got my coin wiped. Virtual currency of the game, that is used to buy players and consumables. They took it away, for no reason. I was accused of coin transferring. I tried to contact them, I told them that I have never transferred any coins, I already have a mega team and no need for that. Why should I put all my invested money and time on a dice. Without any proof they decided in their favour. One week later, again, without any e-mail notice, I got transfer market banned. Again, for same reason. The thing is, that after the coin wiping, I documented al my transfer market transactions and put them in the attachments, when sending a complaint to them.
